Under any and all circumstances is my art not to be used for NFTs/AI. I do not consent to my art being used for NFT and A.I. You will be banned from my commissions and streams if my artwork is used in this way.

I have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable with or if I feel my skill level cannot meet your request.

I have the right to cancel or deny a commission if the T.O.S is not followed.

I am partially colorblind, so I will be color picking from the references given or color palette provided.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and the commission can be denied.

A reference for the character must be provided. If a custom character needs to be made, a color palette must be provided. I might adjust colors from the color palette but I will stay as close as possible to the original color palette. A WIP of the colors on the character will be provided.

Payments only in USD.

Do not send funds until the commission is accepted.

A fee can be incurred depending on the complexity of the character/BG/pose.

A rush fee will be added to the price for tight deadlines.

Full refunds can be given if the artwork has not been started.

A partial refund can be given depending on the progress of the commission.

Payment is required in full via Paypal or VGen.

The artwork can be reused by me (Sl33pySheep) if the commission is cancelled.

Client will loose rights to the artwork if the commission is cancelled.

Chargebacks will result in a ban and a beware. All rights to the art received will be revoked.

Fees will be incurred for major or excessive revisions after allowed amount. (See section 4. Revisions and Edits)

Payment must be given before commission is started.

A sketch will be provided for the client's approval and for revisions.

After the sketch is approved, NO refund will be given unless by me (Sl33pySheep).

WIPS will be shown throughout the process. In order- Sketched, Base Color, Lineart, Flats, Full Render. More WIPs can be given upon request.

WIPs will be provided as low-res and watermarked.

Turnaround time depends on where in the queue the client is. It should take no longer than 2 months unless an issue arises. The client will be made aware if something happens.

I will try to complete the client's commission within a reasonable amount of time, however, I do have a day job and life does get in the way. If anything happens, the client will be notified immediately and if I cannot complete the commission, a refund will be issued.

Once finished, a link to a google drive will be provided with the full res. png files. One will be watermarked and one will not.

Any major revisions must be made in the sketch phase. A fee will be incurred if revisions are asked for after the sketch phase. Please be thorough with feedback.

Only 3 revisions will be allowed in the sketch phase.

Mistakes by me (Sl33pySheep) will be made without any fee.

The final artwork can only be used for personal use, including reposting but credit to me (@Sl33pySheep) must be given. Commercial use may be discussed between the client and I (Sl33pySheep).

If asked, the commission can be kept private.

I retain the right to stream commissions, but if asked, I will keep the commission private.

Any fanart commissioned can be used by me (Sl33pySheep) to create prints or merchandise.

Any artwork must be credited back to me, even if commercial use is bought.

Only watermarked artwork can be posted. Must be credited back to me (@Sl33pySheep)

Do not emulate my style, copy, heavily reference, or trace my art in any way. You may ask me (Sl33pySheep) to emulate my style but please respect my answer whether it is a yes or a no.
